Just a reminder that we have our Annual Tuna Tasting night scheduled for 6.30pm on Thursday 21st June at the La Bella room which is located underneath the Harbour Pavilion.

Guest Chef Chris Considine will be preparing and demonstrating a range of techniques to cook and serve tuna, with the results for tasting.

There will be various tuna dishes for everyone to eat, with members invited to bring along their own creations and recipes to share with everyone if they can. Anyone bringing a dish is asked to please let Peter Goode know on 0437 008 380 what you are bringing, so as to make sure there is enough for everyone on the night. We should be able to help with some tuna for you to cook if required, please see Peter Goode.

Entry is by Gold Coin donation and drinks will be available at bar prices.

We will have raffles and spot prizes available on the night with a MAJOR PRIZE of “Two nights’ accommodation for two people in an Urban Deluxe room at Crown Metrpol Melboune”. This major prize has kindly been made available by Crown Metropol and Wilsons Real Estate.
