'Jaks Lures' SBT Challenge

Fishing will start at 5pm Friday 16th March and for fishing on all days until Midday Sunday 27th May, where a free BBQ, and drinks at club prices will be available with awards being presented at the WOLGFC Club rooms.
Entries- Senior – $25.00
Junior – (under 16 at start of comp 09/03/2018) – Free
Small Fry – (under 11 at start of comp 09/03/2018) – Free

Juniors and Small Fry wishing to compete for the senior awards will be expected to pay and sign up as a senior angler.
Rules & Regulations:
• Must be affiliated with GFAA to participate.
• All fish must be caught strictly to GFAA rules.
• This is a Tuna only competition. T&R points will only be awarded for SBT
• Tags Supplied only by WOLGFC – Contact Ashley Dance
• Braided lines are acceptable for T&R only.
• In case of a tie, the angler who has accumulated their points first will be deemed the winner.
• . Anyone who is entered in the JAKS Lures tuna challenge and wishes to record a capture must comply with the following

*Weigh fish on certified scales
*Have a witness to the catch sign the weigh slip

Clearly write on the weigh slip the length from base of hook to tip of leader and base of hook to the end of the double line.
*post a photo of your weigh slip (and maybe one of your catch too) on the team app. • With this competition running over the South West Victorian Game Fish Tournament – All fish and tagging points will be eligible for both events.
BOUNDARIES: Boats Launching and returning from Warrnambool to Port MacDonnell boat ramps and all ports in between.

Lucky Entry – Every tag card that is handed in will be a raffle ticket for this award – (T&R Champion will not be eligible for this)

Definition *Most Meritorious = Heaviest fish on the lightest line.

Point Score Example ((Weight of Fish x 100) / Line class) x 150%

18.50 kg SBT on 4kg line = 693.75 Points 27.50 kg SBT on 6kg line = 687.50 Points
